Seang Hai: The man behind The UNDERNEATH

B.A. in Education & M.A. in Development Studies

Welcome to my blog website !!!

My name is Seang Hai from Cambodia, a small country in the Mekong's downstream but with big responsibilities to survive in the neoliberal realm. Currently, the "means" of my life have to do with teaching and research career which gives a decent living---I don't have a Roll Royce or Jaguar (teasing). The "meanings" of my life, on the other hand, rest in family, true companionship, pay-forward mindset and co-existence between the absence of wars and the presence of justice.

The site focuses on four areas, some of which are under construction, including (1) Home, whereby I store my short articles and concept notes on general matters at random, (2) Policy on Track, whereby I put exclusive notes on Cambodia' development policies, (3) Memoire of a Little Boy, whereby I draw novelistic pieces upon my romanticism, and (4) Library for All, whereby I exabit either book covers or summaries taken from actual books available on my shelf---if any viewers wish to access the shown books for non-commercial uses, please drop me a note.

To disclaim, I create this blog website for nothing but my personal leisure & idea sharing, on the account of which neither political nor commercial tendencies shall be inferred or re-interpreted from it. In Liam Neeson's voice, I don't know who you are! I don't know what you want! If you are looking to have my blogs "TAKEN" politically or commercially, I' can tell you I don't have mercy. But, what I do have are ... particular sets of skills that I've acquired through a very long career ... Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my blogs go now, that will be the end of it. I will not look for you. I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you! I will find you! I will sue you!!

(phone smashed... teasing, in Sheldon's voice).

If any viewers find any parts of my blogs inappropriate or misleading (unintentionally by the way), please feel free to drop me a note. I am very pleased to learn and thank in advance. I hope you share a common idea that mistakes pave a way for perfection!

Your comments and critiques are the means of it.

THANK YOU !
